What ring to pick if i've never wore rings before?

The is a very common question and for good reason. When first starting off wearing rings we recommend our Unknown Ring for its minimalism and simplicity. While still being our best seller. Or our Ranges Ring for its inviting look and more discrete design. 

What currency are your prices in?

All of our products are in AUD – Australian Dollars. If you wish to convert your currency, you can adjust accordingly on our website. Please note your purchase will be converted back to AUD at the checkout.

Do we ship to all countries? 

Yes we provide shipping world wide at a very small flat rate of $10. 

The prices quoted on our website do not include local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. As the receiver, you are responsible for any duties and taxes charged by your country.

How can I track my item?

Once your order has been dispatched you will be sent an email with your tracking information. All of our parcels are shipped with Australia Post and can be tracked via their website or app.

Can I change or cancel my order after I have checked out?

Hey, we get it - sometimes you change your mind or pick the wrong size. But don't worry, we've got your back! You have 14 days from the day your order was delivered to send back your items for a refund. And if you need a different size instead, you've got 30 days to exchange it. So go ahead and try on the items without any worries - we're here to make sure you're happy with your purchase!
