RETURN POLICY


All returns or refund requests must be lodged within 30 days of purchase, please read the following information before lodging your request.

  1.  If the item is damaged or incorrect on the time of arriving please contact us immediately to organise return / exchange.
  2. We do not offer refunds in the case that you decide you no longer like the product style, shape or look. 
  3. Before purchasing please be sure of your ring size as we do not currently offer refunds / returns on incorrect size purchased. ( Refer to our sizing chart here )
  4. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  5. As our pieces are unique to their own, please allow for slight colour and design differences in each piece. Be aware it may take up to 7 days of wearing your oxidised sterling silver for the true finish to show. The finish of the silver may slightly change over time. Refer to our product care guide for tips and tricks. 

Changing my order

Unfortunately once an order has been placed we are unable to alter, change or cancel it.

  • $10 International Shipping.

Please allow 1-5 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.
Once dispatched please allow 3-10 business days for your order to arrive.

Please be aware that these delivery times are only a guide. During the current times further COVID-19 delays can accrue.

Due to being a travelling business, please know that on very rare occasions there could be slight postage delays if posted from a rural area. If this is a concern be sure to send us a email or click the chat box on our website to find out if this applies to you at the time of ordering.

International shipping 

International delivery times will depend on the country.

Standard delivery to New Zealand customers takes 6-12 business days. 

The prices quoted on our website do not include local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged to your purchase upon entry to your country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. As the receiver, you are responsible for any duties and taxes charged by your country.
